1. High Bandwidth Velocity & Current Loop Control

Built upon high-speed digital signal processing hardware and optimized current decoupling algorithms, the H200S delivers a speed response frequency bandwidth exceeding 1.2kHz. Torque response time is under 1ms, suppressing settling vibrations at high speeds and ensuring exceptional positioning repeatability in cyclic stop-and-go machinery.

2. 17-Bit / 23-Bit Optical Absolute Encoder Options

Eliminating the need for external limit switches or homing dog routines upon machine startup, the multi-turn absolute encoder retains absolute position data through battery-backed memory even during power outages. Resolution reaches 8,388,608 pulses per revolution, enabling mirror-smooth low-speed rotation without cogging ripple.

3. Complete DN Series Servo Motor Matching

Paired with high-flux neodymium rare-earth permanent magnet motors, the DN series features low rotor inertia, high thermal dissipation margins, Class F insulation, and standard IP65 motor protection. Available with or without electromagnetic failsafe holding brakes for vertical Z-axis applications.

4. 16-Segment Internal Position & Built-in Homing

For standalone applications without an expensive external PLC, the H200S can execute 16 internal position coordinates triggered by digital inputs. Each step allows individual definition of target position, velocity, acceleration, deceleration, and pause dwell time.
