Design and Application of a Dual-Tank Three-Electrode Signal Control

System

1. 当一楼水箱缺水时,必须立即停止水泵运行,不论顶楼水箱的水位状态如何。

2. 在一楼水箱有水的情况下,若顶楼水箱的水位低于设定的低水位线,则开始抽水补充。

3. 在一楼水箱有水的情况下,若顶楼水箱的水位达到设定的高水位线,则停止抽水。

4. 当一楼水箱有水且顶楼水箱的水位在高低水位线之间时,水泵处于休眠状态。

5. 无论何时发生缺水保护,只要缺水信号消除,系统即按照上述规则自动控制水泵的启停。

P0-02=2:将控制方式设置为端子控制。

P4-01=3:采用三线式控制运行。

P4-02=10:运行暂停设置。

P4-11=2:选择三线式1模式进行控制。

P4-38=00111:端子高电平有效配置。

1. 将一楼水箱的公共电极接至变频器的COM端。

2. 一楼水箱的缺水信号线接至变频器的DI3端。

3. 顶楼水箱的公共电极也接至变频器的COM端。

4. 顶楼水箱的低水位信号线接至变频器的DI1端。

5. 顶楼水箱的高水位信号线接至变频器的DI2端。

In this case, we have designed and implemented a dual-tank three-electrode signal control system, aimed at

efficiently managing the water levels in the tanks located on the first floor and the top floor. The system

automatically controls the pump's operation based on the water level signals, ensuring the rational use of

water resources and the safe operation of the equipment.

4. Connect the low water level signal line of the top-floor tank to the DI1 terminal of the inverter.

5. Connect the high water level signal line of the top-floor tank to the DI2 terminal of the inverter.

Test Results:

After field testing, the control system fully met the design requirements, effectively achieving intelligent control

of the pump, ensuring the efficient use of water resources, and the long-term safe operation of the

equipment.

1. The pump must be immediately stopped when there is no water in the first-floor tank, regardless of the

water level in the top-floor tank.

2. If there is water in the first-floor tank and the water level in the top-floor tank is below the set low-level

line, start pumping water.

3. If there is water in the first-floor tank and the water level in the top-floor tank reaches the set high-level

line, stop pumping water.

4. When there is water in the first-floor tank and the water level in the top-floor tank is between the high

and low levels, the pump is in sleep mode.

5. Whenever water shortage protection occurs, as long as the water shortage signal is cleared, the system

automatically controls the start and stop of the pump according to the above rules.
