Shenzhen, China – January 16, 2026 – Vectorque Technology Co., Ltd. has officially introduced the VTS31 series variable frequency drive (VFD), a compact, high-performance inverter engineered for a wide range of industrial applications, including pumps, fans, conveyors, and general machinery.
The launch responds to increasing demand for space-efficient and cost-effective motor control solutions in mid-range power segments, delivering reliable performance while maximizing energy savings.
Advanced Control and Motor Compatibility
The VTS31 series integrates advanced sensorless vector control (SVC) and V/f control modes, supporting both induction motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) up to 22 kW within 380–480V three-phase low-voltage configurations.
Key technical features include:
-
Built-in PID controller for precise process regulation
-
Automatic torque boost for low-speed, heavy-load startup
-
Integrated EMC filters compliant with IEC/EN 61800-3 Category C3 standards
-
Dynamic braking capability with optional external braking resistor
The drive achieves up to 98% efficiency at rated load, helping users improve operational performance while minimizing energy consumption.

Compact Design and Enhanced Protection
“With a 30% reduction in footprint compared to previous generations, the VTS31 enables easier retrofits in crowded control panels while maintaining robust protection features,” stated Vectorque’s Chief Engineer, Li Wei.
Protection mechanisms include:
-
Overload protection
-
Overvoltage protection
-
Short-circuit safeguards
The compact structure simplifies panel integration without compromising reliability.
Smart Connectivity for Industry 4.0
The VTS31 supports Modbus RTU communication as standard. Optional expansion modules enable PROFINET and EtherCAT connectivity, allowing seamless integration into Industry 4.0 systems for remote monitoring and predictive maintenance.
Application Focus and Availability
Targeted industries include:
-
Water treatment
-
HVAC
-
Food processing
-
Material handling
Through optimized variable torque operation, the VTS31 is expected to reduce energy consumption by 20–40% in typical applications.
Initial shipments began in mid-January 2026. The series is available globally with power ratings ranging from 0.75 kW to 22 kW.
