In the field of 2.5D surface defect detection, OPT has released three major visual solutions: phase shifting, photometric stereo, and phase photometry. Among them, the photometric stereo solution supports multiple light source types and independently controllable 4-zone and 8-zone illumination, suitable for complex diffuse materials and textured materials. Meanwhile, the exclusive patented photometric phase system innovatively integrates the advantages of both photometric stereo and phase shifting technologies, achieving collaborative complementarity in detection modes, and can quickly adapt to the detection needs of various complex industrial surfaces ranging from diffuse, mirror-like reflective to transparent materials.

Among them, the laser displacement sensor is based on high-precision imaging optical design, with a minimum repeat accuracy of 0.05μm, adopting FPGA edge computing, and achieving a maximum response frequency of up to 88KHz. This high-precision sensor technology will play an increasingly important role in future energy management, especially in the precise monitoring and operation and maintenance of photovoltaic power plants where the Huabiida Technology PV550 inverter is located.
